I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. They will sneakily send you two of the eye product to start, then bill your account for around $150. I am going to call to cancel the product and hope that I won't have any problems here.....if so, I will be calling the Better Business Bureau. I have not seen any results after using the product for 3 weeks.......good old sleep just does the trick for bags and dark circles. As far as wrinkles are concerned.....well I think vitamin E oil is wonderful...and cheap!!

Regarding Hydroxatone. I completely agree with the above review and comments. I called on the phone to order a "sample trial" as a result of a radio ad. There was no agreement regarding acceptance of their terms, I received a bill along with the sample in the amount of $139.90 (for the "Rejuvenating Program")after shipping charge of $15.90 already charged to me. yes, they are very sneaky. I have communicated with them by Email & phone. I cancelled the orders (which I did not order) shipped back the sample today. The product does not work. Who knows if this will resolve the problem. Yes, I think the Better Business Bureau is a very reasonable answer.

When people call in to order, they don't have their listening ears on. 1st of all, the add says "risk free trial", not free sample. Hydroxatone AND Hydrolyze
When you call Hydroxatone or Hydrolyze, the people will explain everything to you. It is a great deal to try this for 30 days and then make a decision. I don't know of any stores out there that will let you walk out of the store with a $140.00 product to try and only when it works, do you (in good faith) come back and pay for it. I loved both of these products and my forehead and eye wrinkles were smoothing out by the 2nd week. My boyfriend even complimented my eyes and he didn't even know I was using any creams! That was a shocker! The hydrolyze was really lite for my eyes and not only took care of the dark circles around my eyes but also a little broken blood vessel on the bridge of my nose. I can't use too many products on the market because I have excema and I WILL break out if I'm not careful. When I read the ingredients I saw mostly vitamins, and extracts and MY SKIN LOVED IT!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend trying this product for a month and if you don't love it, just call them.... they are sweet!

I haven't used it quite a week yet, but can tell a big difference in the way my face feels. I have rosacea and am going to try it for 3 weeks at least. Found it by a magazine ad and insisted on the 30-day supply for only S&H charges, $12.95. Also ordered the undereye cream for $29.95 and haven't seen help there yet. They immediately charged by credit card with $42.90. They sent 2 jars of the face cream plus the eye cream and state that my card will be charged $69.95 on September 6 and again on October 6 for a total of $182.80. The ad said "Call today to get your supply of Hydroxatone risk free, for just a small S&H fee." That is false advertising plain & simple! Their customer service dept hours are not worker friendly (9 am to 5 pm EST, Mon-Fri) but I am determined to have my order handled as the ad stated! I was badgered by the sales guy but made it clear what I wanted. From other postings, it sounds like I'm going to experience an unpleasant ordeal!

I ordered this product and canceled it within the 30 day requirement cause it was crap. However, this company gave my banking information to 2 different companies, American Leisure club and Easy saver who debited my account twice a month for $16.95. Luckily, I check my bank statements and they did this for 2 months until I called and threatened them that I would contact our state attorney if they tried it again. They did give me a refund but the more important point is that Hydroxatone illegally gave out my banking information. I still plan on initiating legal action. Oh... and now when you call Hydroxatone there is never a customer service rep to help you. They tell you to leave a message and they don't call back!

i almost got suckered--heard great radio commercial with free trial offer. called & woman was trying to sell me stretch mark creme! i said i thought it was wrinkle creme. she then turned some pages & said "oh im sorry--you want the hydroxitone--hold on please while i look that one up!"
when she began her spiel, i asked her how it worked & she said her "friends" love it. I ordered this product after hearing the radio commercial. I asked many question about how this program works. One question about what if Im not happy with the product. What happens. I was told just to all the 1800 number to cancel. Their responce was to send the remaining product and I would not be billed for a supposidly "free trial" product. I said that this wasnt explained when I ordered the product! He said I received the terms in black and white when I received the product. This of course would be changing the terms after the original agreement had been made. This company/scam office has no moral business practices. Sorry but i must say that the product doe's work and very well at that. You must not think it is going to work asap. It really takes a month or so and then you see beautiful results rapidly. People are so impatient anymore they all want the quick fix. This product is great. I am a two year customer and will be for as long as they have it out on the market.

Hydroxatone AM/PM Cream
I am a 50 year old "sun goddess" with very bad damage to my skin. I received this product approximately 2 weeks ago and have already noticed a difference in my face and I'm even still tanning in a tanning bed twice a week. Those who say it does not work have not given it a chance. Everyone's skin is different and reacts in different ways. I'm sold on this product and will use it as long as I see a difference in my skin. Don't let bad reviews make your decision on trying this wonderful product. I wasn't wild about the auto ship program and called to have my name taken off and was told I wasn't even on it. This way, I can order the product as I need it. What could be better than that?
Well, I am not sure what everyone is talking about. I started using Hydroxatone and noticed a positive difference in my skin in just two days. I am in my 50's and will admit that I have been blessed with good skin and most tell me I do not look my age but much younger, but I did not have any bad side effects and my skin is very soft after using it. I have not called customer service and did not try to stop auto ship or get my money back so I cant comment on that, but I do plan to call them to change how often I get it from every 60 days to 120 days so I will let you know how that goes. So far, I do not see what all the negative comments are all about. We will see.

:-)I have been plagued with very dark undereye circles since childhood and nothing has worked to relieve them - I even had blepharoplasty(eyelid job)because the doctor said the circles were shadows from fat pads under my eyes. I ordered Hydrolyze about a month ago and have noticed that the circles are less pronounced and concealer will cover them now. The skin under my eyes is smoother and no longer has that crepe paper texture that comes with being 50-ish. My friends say I look rested and happy. I will continue using the product because so far it has delivered what it said it would and the results for this product and every product on the market in this category are cumulative. Regarding the claims above, the sales rep was very clear on the phone about what they were offering and the terms and conditions were very clearly explained. Listen, listen, listen, girls. If you don't understand, ask questions until you do. Nothing is free and nothing is immediate. Your expectations are unrealistic.

first of all its a risk free trial. not a free sample or a free trial size. they send you the supply it try it if you like it then keep it if not send it back. they read you terms and agreements. you agreed. listen closer next time. and as far as american lesiure and easy saver. you had to comfirm sending that to you too. i believe by entering your phone number in. if u didnt want that then you should have not confirmed it and said yes........ just listen. the products worth a try.

Hydrolyze and Hydroxotone Cleanser
I ordered the Hydrolyze from a radio ad on the well-known WBBM Chicago news station. I have dark circles under my eyes and my concealer was not covering them enough, which made me embarrassed. I decided to try the cream, (3 jars were sent), along with a cleanser and some pad things in a jar. I can't figure out how to use the pads (or what they do), but I really like the cleanser ( I think it is called a "milk cleanser"...). I have noticed a change in my undereye dark circles and have gone around and around deciding if I want to return the creams due to the high price, or keep them because I think it works. I suppose my thought was whether I had given them enough time. At this point, I called today to cancel the autoship, and asked about purchasing the cleanser which the salesman said was 25% off (would be about $30 + s/h). I decided I already threw enough money in that one bucket so declined. My question now is why is there a different phone number each time I hear an ad on the radio??

listen listen listen, the risk free trial is first of all, a period of time, your sent 2 jars, as described in the order conformation and are billed for them in 2 seperate payments. on the invoice that you get it says your total, this is when most peoples heads explode. if you were smart, which most calling in are not, then you would use a prepaid debit card which is like a credit card/gift card. smarten up and listen and regarding easy saver and american leisure, thats your own fault, before that can be added to the order you have to give 2 verbal conformations and then type in your last 4 digits of your phone number. all calls by the way are recorded for quality assurance and are listened to live.

I too could not resist the radio ad and ordered the product. The sales person did explain the whole deal with the auto ship and risk free trial. I figured I'd try it if there was no risk-the price was a little hard to take though. I have to say, the stuff worked! It took about 1.5mos. I actually had someone ask me if I had "work done" to my face. I used all the cream and sent it back and got a full refund-only because I could not afford it. BUT, I am going to try it again, being in a better financial position! I had no problems with the return, refund, etc. Not sure what you all are talking about! Just be sure to save EVERYTHING if you plan on returning it. And do it in the required amount of time.

Thanks all, I almost bought into it until coming here. I've been using Reviva, ALA, Vita C Ester Cream, and wanted to check out other products. I do like Reviva, it's cheap, and works really good. No, I don't have anything to do with it, I just really like it. I don't know about dark circles, but it works great with wrinkles, esp around the mouth & eyes. My dark circles started to disappear when I did the Gerson Therapy, but it's a very involved therapy and not many people would do the protocol. Sometimes dark circles are caused by heavy metals. Get bloodwork or a hair analysis done by a naturopath.

HYDROXATONE does not work nor can you get your money back. I have called for over two weeks before I got through to talk to a service rep about returnning it. Then was put on hold for another tweny min. Finally I was given a RA. Sent in the product, got a refund, and then I screwed up and did not save my reciept... two months later I get charged again on my credit card. When I called the same can't get through. Called the CC and they ask for proof of return. Bam.I am out, Do NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They will keep your money. :-(

Have used this product along with the vitamins. I have a thirty day supply of vitamns at: 29.95 and Walt sent me two dark circles under the eyes creme. Don't send me any more of the vitamins and I'm sending back one of the jars of eye creme. At: 69.95. I am paying for only one eye creme and one order of vitamins. Don't send me any more. Your product does not live up to your claims. Most products I've used in the past shows some signs of doing something. But your product does't. I actually got a hold of customer service...what a great guy...so far!! Just keep calling to reach them, redial. I have bought many of these products over the years and I have lost a lot of money. From V. Principle to C. Crawford products. That Guthie-Ranker is a pain in my keester. Some may work and others may not. I have not found one yet. Trial and error is your best bet. I hope it works. I heard about the "free" offer on TV, called the number, and was informed I would only be charged for "shipping", so my Credit Card info would be needed, which I supplied. I, then, was informed that from then on, after the initial "free" offer, my credit card would automatically be billed $69.95 each month. This was conducted automatically without a person interviewing me. At every automatic question, I kept repeating "no", "no". I felt wary of the whole transaction, but had to wait to receive the product. It arrived today, with a bill for $139.90, shipping $6.95, Order total $146.85, Amount Paid $6.95. Any pea-brain could ascertain, they were charging me for all except that shipping charge. I called my Credit Card Co, to close my account, but they told me if I even closed out my account, this company could continue to bill my credit card (which I had closed out) because I automatically gave them permission to keep charging me when I released my information to them. My only recourse is to phone them as soon as possible, and send an Email immediately, keeping copies, return the product per their protocol. Then when they bill the credit card again, after the $6.95 initial charge, I am to contact the credit card company and protest the charge, so they can take care of any disputed charges. Wow!! All of that to try to ease a few wrinkles. Hope this may help some other poor sucker.

While this is not the exact same product as described above, I strongly suspect they are all the same.
First clue: Hydro which means water. But, plain water is better for my skin than this concoction.
I went through much of the same rigamole as described by others. The only thing they did do was credit my card for the pills which they sent in spite of my stating that because of other medicications I must take, I simply do not take anything in pill form unless prescribed by a doctor. I clearly stated this in the initial phone conversation. The phone number was in my cell phone. When later I tried the number, all I ever got was a recorded message.
Instead of all the b & M ing we are doing, why not threaten en masse to boycott all advertized products carried on all radio stations who carry advertizing for these \\\"hydro-crooks.\\\"
Speaking of Hydro-- waterboarding for these people would be a fitting consequence for their deeds ...... a delightful touch of irony

:-D I Love the eye cream. I noticed results after only a few days. It lessened the appearence of my fine lines. The fine lines are still there however they are lighter. Nothing other than surgery or BOTOX will get rid of them completely. Its all about realistic expectations. It's not a "magic" cream. However it does improve fine lines. I plan on continuing it's use.

I am an esthetician and I know theres no miracle out there. Any actual professional knows this and you DO NOT have to pay hundreds of dollars for a good product, that should be your red flag right there. Lots of Water, good diet and not a expensive night cream/sunblock daycream will give you just as good of results, unless you opt for botox or actually peels and surgery. Your actual miracle would be sunblock its the best thing you can do for your skin.

Well i heard the ad on the radio, and since I have now turned 30, I am trying to take better care of my body and my skin especially since I had skin cancer a while back, be careful people of indoor tanning beds, I used to love them until I got cancer, its much more of a risk than you think.
Anyways, I figured I would try it, I dont have many probs with my skin, but I want to keep the elasticity good (which you can do by drinking lots of water), but want to also help the lines that are getting worse around my eyes and forehead.

This product was awful. It actually made my eyes look worse, not better. The skin under my eyes turned red and was itchy. I\'m going back to Avon and Lancome products. However, canceling the trial offer of hydroxatone wasn\'t a problem. I emailed customer support to say that I wanted to cancel and received a return email a few hours later with my cancellation number and the address to send the unused portion. They gave me a deadline date when the unused portion had to be returned and warned that if it wasn\'t returned by that date, I would be charged. So far so good.

This product is JUNK--you need only to hear the ingredients (and I made them read the ingredients aloud 3 times) to hear it is basically oil and water. Save your money. Also--NO REPUTABLE company would have to have a direct-market company to sell their product if it was any good. I ordered this product after seeing thier TV ad. I then went on line and reviewed the comments left by other persons. I called Hydroxatone to cancel (not more than 12 hours from when I placed the order) and was told it was shipped already. The person I spoke with told me that the product already shipped. I was told to mark the package return to sender. I told the person I was speaking to that the website said they would not refund any money on orders marked return to sender. THe person gave me a RMA number and said to open the package and place the RMA number in the package and send it back. I of course cannot mark the package return to sender due to the package being opened, I called my bank and they stated that 12.90 cents was pending and it will take a week for the bank to process the pending transaction and at that time I may call in with the transaction number and place a dispute. I will see what happens in a week or two. I should have my free sample by the end of the week and if I recieve more shipments I will not open these untill I can evaluate the product. I may have better results than most as I do have a expensive home electronic skin machine with many features that are proffesional grade (micro peel etc). I really do need a good moisturizer but I might throw in some AHA 10% into the mix for a boost.
SOp at this time I can not complain...however this may change. I am a guy who wants to improve my skin appearance since I am recently single......

Though I'm sure this works great for some skin types, it didn't for me. I tried the product and within a couple of weeks I had broken out severely
with acne. I'm 40. I don't have acne, nor have I ever had sensitive skin. After a
visit to the doctor, he told me to stop using hydroxatone immediately.
After I stopped, it cleared up and I am fine. I called to have them stop the automatic
shipments. The girl was rude and refused to give me a refund for my unused containers. I couldn't even talk to a manager. They said someone would call me back within the next 24 hours.
They do not stand by their product. They love you when you want to buy it, but stand by if you have an allergic reaction. Hopefully the manager will be more professional than customer service was. I will never buy anything from them again.

BUYER BEWARE READ THE FINE PRINT****$6.95 for a trial size (2 jars) I failed to read the fine print after 30 days my account was charged for $69.95 and then in another 30 days it was charged again the same amount that supposedly for the 2nd jar that came in the order. I cancelled a second shipment after once again my account was now charged $6.95 again. Please read the fine print, this produce does not work I too went back to Lancome seeing great improvement, in my skin texture.

I responded to an ad from a television commercial. I recieved two jars of day and night cream and a small bottle of toner for $6.95 shipping and handling.
I used the products for three weeks with no avail. I called to cancel my membership on week three. I was never given return directions. Ten days later, they debited $69.95 from my credit card. I was never disclosed the ,"true" details of the membership.
To make a long story short, I called the bank for which I have my account and had a three-way conversation with a customer service represenative today. I finally recieved proper return instructions and promptly returned the products at the post office.
We shall see how long it takes to process my refund. I'm not really counting on it, however, it would be really cool to get $70.00 railed back as a credit.
I cancelled my card and will recieve a new one in 5-7 days. Every situation is different, however, I find this company's sales tactics to be very misleading and " Dirtbaggish".

Terrible stuff. Gave me an allergy to my eyes. I had a terrible time with their customer service department too. They told me I sent it to the wrong address, when in fact that was their return address. They told me I should have called the Customer Service Department first for directions on how to return the product. Every time I called the number was busy, except for today, Saturday, when I actually got to talk to a live person. I have cancelled my credit card, as I was under the impression they were to send me a 30-day free trial offer, and if I wasn't satisfied to return the product. I returned the product via UPS, and apparently they wanted me to return via USPS. (United States Postal Service. I do not trust this outfit at all and should never have given them my credit card number for shipping charges, when my invoice came in my 3 month supply (that they added to my "order" came out to $209.85, a big rip-off. I will never deal with this outfit again, and if I have any more problems I will go to my Attorney General's office.

Hydroxatone Stretch Mark Cream
I would agree with everyone that are talking about scams. I called regarding the radio ad and everything was automated. After about a week, I called to see where my product was, because I had not received anything. The rep on the phone told that my credit card was declined for $126.95 and that my billing was on hold. I told her that is was not suppose to be charged that, it was only suppose to be charged for $6.95 s/h. She apologized, of course and asked me if I wanted to still order I told her no, because of the misrepresentation and to cancel the order, she said the order was cancelled, because my credit card was decline. The tone of her voice was sarcastic as if it was my fault the charge didn't go through even though I expressed to her that I wasn't suppose to be charged that much anyway. I also reminded her that she stated that my billing was placed on hold and I wanted it cancelled. She said it was.
So I hung up and of course called again to speak with a different rep, due to the attitude she gave me, sometimes these reps don't do their job. I got another rep who once again tried to sell me the product. I told him that I wanted to make sure that I wasn't billed at a later time and the product shipped to me. He said it wasn't going to be and then telling me that was a black man and he assumed by my voice that I was a black woman, the product really works and I should try the 30 day trial and if the product doesn't work then all I have to do is call him back, send back the product and get my money back. I asked him why would I purchase a product to go through all that when I was just offered $6.95 s/h only and it was a 30 day trial? Also, why would I trust you when you automation tried to charge me $126.95 after stating that it was only going to charge me $6.95. I told him that if I was to purchase this product in the future I would check it out online and I've been living with stretch marks for 7 years now and it has not put a strain on any of my relationships and I could live with it a little longer until I find something.
I didn't get a very good goodbye.

The product sucks, the customer service isn't even that etc. I went down to Walmart and got me L'Oreal skin care products with a bunch of coupons from the Sunday paper and the stuff is awesome.......heard the same about Oil of Olay from friends...so you don't need to go for scam crap like this. Took me forever to get my money back, had to dispute through my credit card company, what a waste of time!
If it's such a great product it should be available in the stores as far as I am concerned!1

I don not work for hydroxitone:)), or hydraxytone, I must say, I was pleasantly surprised, the leve of moisture and softness delivered is fanamenal, I tried the lancome versions, oil of alay and such purchased avon you name it...they were all very irritaking to me...just unpleasant, oily or something, I kept reaplying the am/pm restore cream, because it feels soo good!, I am a new user I will get back to you later, so far+. By the way I called to cancel it anyway within time frame, you know it is expansive and its true the commercial doesn't even mention just how expensive!!!, I got bill for 212....got a nice guy on the phone true story, :))) really, he reduced it to 100:)) am am a happy camper, plus the 3 jars I got are to keep and he sent me cleanser for free as well. No complains so far, will watch my credit card cause you guys scared me:)) p.s ordered it becase I have ugly under eye cirkles on otherwise nice youthful 34 year old face:( :)) good luck all of you!

:-o I am so surprised of all these crazy comments on the cream that Ive learned to love and been using for the past 2 years mind you I'm 65. As a matter a fact all of my friends use it too. I had to write and defend what I believe. Ive reduced my wrinkles and intend to be a life time customer. Its very possible that these customers have not used the cream or the line for the time they were supposed to. After 2 months i started to see the cream work on my skin. Yes don't get me wrong I was a little sceptical on using it for more then the 30 trial but went for it. Why not spend a little on my skin when it will hurt my pocket more to go under the knife.
For all you new mature customers don't listen to these incompetent people who don't know how to follow directions. I have never been charged without knowing what day they will be billing me don't know what they're talking about. My customer service representative takes care of me also they're always having discounts. It never hurts to ask. As a matter a fact my customer service representative told me that the whole Hydroxatone line will be in the stores of Sephora Yes!!! Sephora. Why would they be in Sephora if it wasn't a good product?? On another note Try the product. These people obviously have nothing to do but try to get something for free and try to scam this company by canceling they're card they should be reported to the better customer bureau. first off anyone who is bad mouthing this company obviously cant hear or read. it is a 30 day risk free trial. not a "sample" you would know this if u listened. when u sign up for the 30 day trial you get sent the full treatment. you can try it for 30 days and as long as u call customer service within your trial period and cancel and send the products back you will not be billed. when u order this product you are read the terms and conditions which state this and you must agree to them before they are sent. all the calls are recorded. can you walk into Sephora or a dept store and get a product without paying for it just cuz u want to try it?? no. this company lets u try your product before you buy it. nowhere does it state a free sample. the terms and conditions and the cost of the product are stated before they are sent to you during the initial order and are also printed on your invoice. obviously the people complaining cannot or do not read there invoices. no one gives away free products and every person that ordered this product were made aware of the charges if they say they were not they are lieing because every call is recorded. as far as customer service is concerned, i have called this company many times. it is a huge company and has alot of calls everyday. if you dont get through immediately on their line you can leave a message and someone will call you back within 2 hours. i have been ordering from this company for years and everytime i call they offer me discounts and complimentary products with my order. the people saying bad things about this company are ignorant because they claim they were never told that they would have to pay for the product. bullsh*t you must agree to it during the initial order call and it is given to u in writing when u recieve the product. dont bad mouth a legit company because u cant read or hear. customer service gives you there name and ext everytime you call so that you can contact that person back directly for future. this company is legit and has won awards for their products. the real scam artists are the people who order a product and dont want to pay for it even after the company has let them try it out for 30 days. if you want to return the product you can within thirty days and u will not be charged for it even if u used a whole jar of it.

I was supposed to receive a free trial product for paying only $12.95 shipping fee. But almost a month after when I received the package. It included 3 products and an invoiced for $222. When I tried to call them, they pretended not to hear anything. You need a RMA number to return it that they have to give you by phone, so please if you bought it and want to return it please keep calling them from a different phone number that they have registered. Be sure you ship it with a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, otherwise, they will always say that they didn't receive the product.

Not only does the product sold by a company that markets a product that doesn't work, the company signs you up for additional products and services that you will not want and you will be charged without notification. These charges to my bank account caused me to bounce two checks, overdraft my bank account, and cause many headaches. Headaches are the most common side effect of the product. Never make the mistake of calling these people or ordering their product online. It will result the afformention 8 other products and services and charges to your account to which you have no prior indication of it being charged to your account. Go to a determitologist, they will give you something that works without the headache side affects.

A few things - it doesn't work as well as "No. 7" found in Target stores or good old, plain olive oil (to quote an old Dippity Do commercial "a little dab'll do you"). I did side by side comparisons on my weeks off. Second thing is there is an odor to it. Not distinctly unpleasant or foul, just not pleasant. My husband noticed and asked if I were putting something new on my face. Said it had a "funny" smell. It does. Not bad, just not pleasant. I like being close to my husband. Enough said. By the way, I thought I was buying a jar and got sent multiple jars and billed $139.90 plus shipping for a total of 152.85! Buyer beware. I have cancelled my order. I used the phone contact and was on hold for 11 minutes waiting for an operator. I have his name and a cancellation number with the assurance that once I pay my final payment on the above balance ($69 plus) the account would be closed. We'll see.

B-) its really funny to hear all of this. the confirmation is read so clearly to you when you call up, and you are given other options that don't involve auto-shipments or delayed billing. you are calling for a "RISK FREE TRIAL" lets break that down. RISK FREE - meaning free of risk, meaning your money is not a risk, you are in control . nothing about never paying for it. TRIAL- a period of time in which you get to try something. so try something for a period of time to see how it works for you and if you don't like it your money is not at risk, you may get it back or never pay for it.
my mother has been using hydroxatone and hydrolyze and looks great and she absolutely loves it.

Wow! Thank you, folks, for warning the rest of us! The magazine ad looks so good, but I'm glad I looked for reviews before ordering. Needless to say, I won't be. Guess I'll just keep doing what I'm doing. I moisturize, of course, then I apply Max Factor Pan-Stik as a foundation. This doesn't do much for the wrinkles, but it's great for some old pockmarks left over from my teens. I actually fill in these enlarged pores with the makeup, using a fingernail as a trowel -- it works! When that's all done, I apply a light topcoat of CoverGirl's CG Smoothers, and my skin looks pretty good, and not overly made up. Of course I was hoping this so-called "wrinkle-filler" would do the rest, but I guess it won't. Oh, and by the way, the magazine ad says it works INSTANTLY, not GRADUALLY, as the product's defenders are saying. OF COURSE THEY'RE SHILLS! So thanks again, and good luck to y'all.

We hae to , by law, read over a confirmation which explains terms & agreements of the RISK FREE trial before ever processing your cards. If you actually payed attention to the radio ad's it never mentions a free sample (which wouldnt work obvously if you used a sample that lasted only a number of days), its a risk free trial, try to educate yourself and stop expecting a handout.

hello all! I've enjoyed nearly all the posts. Especially from #'s 19&56. 19 nailed it! 56 was hilarious and true, as were most of the others. I haven't tried this product only because of the commercial's weird selling tactic of GIVING the product away to celebs. I'm like most of you and continue the seach of a great anti-aging product. Only problem is everytime I find one I like, it's discontinued after a year or two. Bummer. The latest I've been using is called " Merlot" and sold at Walgreen's. So far so good with great ingredients and sold at a reasonable price (under $25). BTW, I've only been using the night cream and I haven't had any typical flakiness, for this time of year. Also, I'm in no way affiliated with this product, although as I read what I have typed, I do probably sound like salesperson.
I just appreciate all the input from everyone and thought I'd give my 2 cents. Good luck everyone. There is something out there for every age and skin type. Heck, you might find something under $10!

Ok, so, the product in itself is not aweful. I've seen minor improvments in my undereye discoloration. HOWEVER, I sent the product back TWO monthes ago and just realised they have been CHARGING ME THE WHOLE TIME! In the first place they say if after 30 days you don't like the product, send it back, but if you use it for the full 30 days they are going to bill you for all three jars. Luckily I called before the 30 days were up. But, they gave me a return code and I misplaced it. They said I had until Dec. 23 to return it. I thought that meant it had to be postmarked by that date. I searched for my return code and then got busy and forgot about it but on the 23rd I remembered it had to be sent back and I called them. They said it had to have reached them by the 23rd, not postmarked the 23rd. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said there was no supervisor to talk to. I said why not? He said there just wasn't one and I can call back and talk to any rep. and they will all tell me the same thing. I got upset and told him he cannot take that money out of my account, I don't have the money. The total to be taken from my account would be $220 but if I agreed to a discount, they would only take out $139. What could I do? I agreed to the discount and I\'m sure it\'s going to be my downfall. Now they have proof that I agreed to it but I\'d much rather pay $139 than $220 if I have to pay it. I also will be reporting them to the BBB and trying to dispute the charge on my credit card:-(

This company is bogus! I just received a Reminder Notice for a product I did not order or receive. What I did receive was a free trial offer product. The product did not work. I contacted the company at that time advising them of the same. I also indicated that I would be happy to return the product if Hydroxatone would pay for the return postage. I advised that I had already paid $6.95 in shipping charges for a product which did not work as promised and was not interested in paying again to return it. What followed was a rather comical series of emails from their customer service repeating itself in total – telling me that they were always interested in why a customer had chosen not to buy the products and would give me a discount on further orders. Each time I responded that I did not like the product and had believed the advertisement that what I had received was totally free. In addition I informed the credit card to which they had charged a future shipment that charge was not authorized and that no charges were to be taken from their company. In fact I then cancelled the credit card.

I too have used the product and it is CRAP! I called got a number, added the number to the box and shipped it back. 5 months later I get a bill for 139.90, I called and spoke to the idiot on the phone, told them that I had sent the product back to the address that was on there website. They never received the package and are now demanding there money. I explained to them that the product never worked for me, I returned it within the alloted time, and they still went ahead a charged me for the product. Thank God they never got my money, since somebody stole my wallet, I had to get a new card. Now they are demanding there money. I really think they have my package, and they just want some money. They will never get it from me. Better Buisness Bureau will be hearing from me!!!

My brother was really confused about this product and not in good health. He thought it was just a trial and like everyone gave his credit card number and as of this date has been billed $1,200.00. He does not have the money for this, our mom is in a nursing home, etc. I called to telll the company for him that he had two packages that had not been opened but since it was over 30 days they would not take it back. I have no idea how long they take money out of your account and my brother is so confused about it that its a sad situation. No one told him he would get anything other than the trial sample. If I had know about this earlier, maybe I could have done more but just found out. He gave them his debit card and said today they would not bill him for anything else. I really don't know about that. I think a trip to the bank is necessary. This is a lot of money that he does not have. I emailed the place and they did not answer me. These people could not be Christians or they would not treat people like they do. I would not be able to sleep at night. They are all a bunch of jerks with no love for others. I feel sorry for all of the people that trusted these crazy people.

I fell for the radio ad, stating that for a s/h fee of $7.95 I could receive my "free" trial. When I received the package, there were THREE (not ONE) jars of the cream (minus the "bonus" toner which was promised when I ordered!). Also included in the packing slip was an invoice for a total of $217.80! Somehow all you folks who got this rip-off cream @ $130 were blessed! When I called to complain about this charge I was told that at the very end of the computerized order scheme, I was told this would be the charge (NOT!) - I said "this is fraudulent" and was given a lecture about their being a multi-million dollar company, and how could they possibly stay in business if they committed fraud? (well, how I ask?). I was also told that the promotion yesterday was only $130 (not the $209.85 billed), so I just called and said "if I keep all 3 jars, will you credit the $209.85 and only charge me $130, and CANCEL all future orders - they reluctantly agreed. I will try it for a while and see if there are any positive results; I will also hold my breath to see if they credit back the $209.85 and stop future orders. otherwise, I am joining the Better Business Bureau team and filing an official complaint!

LOL I just ordered this free trial and upon looking it up, I found this page FULL of reviews of people warning me of scams. xD I kinda figured it was a scam, most radio/tv commercials are. Once it arrives in the mail, i'll empty everything into my own containers and return it that same day. Lets see them try to bill me... I'll keep all receipts and packages just incase. TY all for the warnings. BTW if you call your bank and tell them there's an unauthorized charge on your card, they can return your money, remove the charge, and go after the company! I did that a while back with another scam. Also paypal has a new (free) card you can use as a credit/debit card. Paypal seriously will fight for you, I HIGHLY recommend getting a paypal card and using for seemly scammy deals such as this one.

HORRIBLE SCAM!!!!! MY mom just came and told that her account is over drawn and there are charges that she does not recognize. I checked on the account and found out that there were charges over and over again by this scamming product. Please please watch out! Yes better business bureau is my next step too. I tried the Hydroxatone free trial and canceled with no problem. If people have a problem it is because "THEY DO NOT LISTEN AND/OR DO NOT COMPREHEND." A free trial period is not as someone else said a "free sample." At the end of any advertised "free trial" you will be enrolled in an automatic supply program. Cancel before the trial period always or pay the price. I ran into actual scams on the Internet. This isn't anywhere near some of the things I've run into like enrolling a person into 3 different product lines where the cancellation times were all different, and all the phone numbers to all 3 products were different! I think that was for some sort of diet tea. This is a straight up free trial period. Cancel before the period ends.
BTW, I canceled my free trial about a year ago, and have tried many products at great expense since. I'm looking to buy Hydroxatone again. It worked. Like someone said, the results start showing over a period of time. I started to lose a very deep frown line in my forehead and stopped using Hydroxatone. Nothing has worked on that deep wrinkle since.
No I don't work for Hydroxatone. I canceled the first time because it was expensive and I figured something else as expensive would work just as well--wrong! This stuff seems to work from layers deep to the outside so it takes time. I didn't start to see a difference for a month.

Please don't get fooled!!!!!! Try using a egg white mask....Here's the recipe:
1.Take one egg
3.Separate out the yoke (this you can mush into your hair for a nice conditioner if you're planning on hopping in the shower to wash off your mask—but be sure the water's not too hot—or you'll be picking scrambled eggs out of your hair!).
4.Tie your hair back fro your face so it doesn't get stuck in the egg.
5.Pat the egg white onto a clean face avoiding your eyes and mouth.
6.Let it dry—about 10 minutes for it to dry tight.
7.Rinse off with lukewarm water.
8.Let your face air dry (you don't want to disturb what experts call the 'mantle' as this actually protects your skin from further breakouts).
I suggest this weekly, or even twice a week if skin is feeling oily or upset. It works wonders for tween and teen skin or oily combination skin.
CONS: The egg white foam is kinda messy. (So have a towel)
:)It makes your face feel really tight which some would consider good. The tight feeling continues even after it's been washed off.

I had good results with the product..but the billing process is rediculous..I sent back the 2 empty bottles before the 30 days.I had the ups tracking info that someone on their end had signed for my package.It was received 3 day before the 30 days. Then 2 weeks later my cc was billed about 130.00. I called to ask why and they told me they never received my shipment. I double checked the shipping address with custome service,,I advised ups said the returned pkg was sined for by a robert m. I offered to fax the paperwork. They told me they did not have a robert in the shipping dept..They would NOT refund my money..I suppose the game is that the shipping dept tells their people to sine for packages with a fake name..So..i paid my cc with that charge and said oh well, i guess i will pay for what I got....I told the girl that I didnt want anymore shipments,please cancel any future orders that they might send..she gave me a cnx number..Well one month later i get a 180.00 charge on the same cc. I called them again, and they stated that they never received any call from me to cancel. I said I have a cnx number..get this one..she told me.."we dont give cnxl numbers" I then asked her when was the product shipped..she couldnt find any shipments....so why was i billed? She didnt know..She told me she would credit my card...i took her name and id number...one week...no refund two weeks no refund three weeks no refund...four weeks..guess what! no refund.. and billed 180.00 again..After contacting the atty generals office in my state...and the cc. company..I finally

It's interesting to read how many people are dissatisfied with this product. I love it. Been using it for about 5 months now and intend to keep using it. It's the only moisturizer I need. I live in New England and the winter's are very dry. I have not had one flake of skin on my face since I've been using this product. My skin is plump and soft. I find that most women want immediate results. Skin problems arise after years of damage and with aging, how can someone expect that the problem will be resolved overnight?
The only negative thing I found was that they offer to provide a free product in exchange for a review of Hydroxatone.

l order this product after hearing on the radio.
Hesitated when the rep asked for credit card info for shipping charge
Received the product very quick, very efficient, with 3 jars in the package.
Thought that\'s a lot to use in a 30 days. So, l opened 1 jar, tried for about a week, didn\'t see any difference but giving me some rash. So l quit using it. but decided to keep it and pay the $69 to avoid future returned and not returned kind of dispute.
Then l called 2/14/10 after receiving my credit statement and to cancel future order.
That\'s when l was told that l owe them almost another $140 for the 2nd and 3rd jars. and l have passed the 30 day return period. The rep offered me \"special deal of the day\" that l can pay $99 if l pay in full.
l should\'ve checked this complaint site earlier than today.
Anyone can tell me what to do now?
Are there a class law suit that l can join?

I started using Hydroxatone AM/PM Rejuvenating Treatment in December which was six weeks ago. I live in Chicago, Il where the winter weather really takes it's toll on your skin. I'm 63 years old and have tried many facial creams over the years. I am truly amazed at the results from Hydroxatone. The skin on my face feels so hydrated--and it stays that way all day. Hydroxatone Hydrolyze Under Eye Treatment
I can't believe what I'm reading from some folks! I, too, saw the TV commercial and, against my better judgement, I ordered the eye cream. I have so many anti-wrinkle products that never really worked that I thought the only thing I could do would be to get a face lift (which I can't afford). I tried the under eye cream and also put it on my "laugh lines" and my forehead. Much to my amazement this stuff really works! Even my dentist noticed it. It took about a month before I could really see the difference but I'm sold on this product. I DO NOT work for the company. I'm a school teacher, age 59+. I'm about to order more of the under eye cream. I use it twice a day and liberally apply it. By the way, one of the ingredients is Hexapeptide-8. Peptide is considered one of the few things that actually reduces the appearance of wrinkles. I could have bought more expensive stuff in Macy's or Lord and Taylor, but this cream works so well, I'm sticking with it. I've used other creams, vitamin E, other moisturizing creams and oils, nothing worked. I will continue to use this product as long as it continues to work.

IT GOT SOO DRY THAT IT WOULD CRACK AND BLEED. I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN I CRIED BUT IT HURT MY EYES HORRIBLY. I CALLED TO CANCEL, I TOLD THE GUY I WANTED TO RETURN IT, I DIDN'T WANT TO BE CHARGED, I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED, HE SAID "OH MY GOD....AH....UM....OH MY GOD" HE SAID HE WOULD NOT CHARGE ANYTHING. THE 30 DAYS WERE NOT OVER YET, SO I BELIEVED HIM. EXACTLY THE NEXT DAY I GET CHARGED, SO FOR A WEEK & A HALF I AM FIGHTING WITH THEM.
THIS HAPPENED END OF OCTOBER EARLY NOVEMBER 2009. I usually search these things before buying, but for some reason I didn't with this one or I wouldn't have made the darned call.
The product itself is O.K., but the fact that I have been trying for DAYS to get a hold of the company and nobody is answering is just WRONG!
I thought I was getting one jar, with an offer to 'join' or cancel ... but knew something was very wrong when there were 4 jars. Usually, if a product is good, you give the consumer less, not MORE, so that they will NEED to come back to you and join.
If I do not get results in another phone call tomorrow morning I am calling the BBB to see what they have on file and any recourse they can offer ... then calling my credit card company and telling them this company stole my card number and is now racking-up charges on it and to halt any/all charges from them or I am canceling the credit card account.
This is bait and switch. My mother is a telemarketer and said it's completely wrong.

I recently took advantage of your 30 day “free” trial of hydroxatone. I was very disturbed (after staying on the automated line for almost 20 minutes to say “NO” to all future commitments, deals, discounts etc) to have received not a 30 day free trial, but a 3 month supply with billing dates of April, May and June for over $200.00!
I have tried your customer service line 3 times now, just to be put on hold again for 9 minutes the first time with no answer, the second time I was not given an option to hold but told there was no one available and to leave a message (which I did and asked for a return call-that was this morning-no call) and put on hold 18 minutes the third time and told there was no one available, but to leave a message (which I did asking for a return call again) All of these calls were within the “customer service” time quoted on the phone of 9 to 9 EST.
Needless to say, I do not want a 3 month supply, I’m not sure I want a 30 day “free” trial at this point. I have contacted my credit card company to flag your charges and will be contacting the attorney generals office to file a complaint.
I would appreciate a call or email from someone authorized to provide me with what ever I need to return the unauthorized product (without charge or shipping!)

I have been using Hydroxatone for 8 months. As soon as i rec'd my first shipment, I called and told them I did not want the auto ship (this was all explained in the paperwork that came with the product). I would re-order as I needed. They said no problem and I was never shipped or billed again. I have re-ordered twice (over the phone) and was very clear that I was not to be put on an auto ship. I never was. I am 57 and have had very nice results. Seems like the women who like the product are in their 40's or older. I did not require a refund so I cannot comment on that experience.
Being taken off the initial auto ship was a breeeze.B-)

I read that one person suggested purchasing this product on ebay for a cheaper price. Beware the company pulls the listings off ebay even after the products are paid for. I tried to sell 3 jars on ebay and they were pulled the first time because they claimed copyright infringements. I listed it again stating "factory sealed Jar" and just a photo and it was pulled again because the company claimed it was counterfeit, even though the description stated "factory sealed container" which by the way they were. When I called ebay for the second time they told me the company didn't have to explain themselves. I called Hydroxatone and they first told me I could sell it then on subsequent phone calls, after the product was pulled, they said I could not. The only people that can sell the product are authorized distributers. One day they have authorized distributers, the next day they don't. Go figure! The hydroxatone company pulls some listings and others they don't. They claim they don't give anyone permission to sell on ebay although alot of lisings say they have permission. So if you buy it off ebay, BEWARE!, you could pay for it and never get the product. Hopefully, you have an honest seller. Thanks! -(:-(

Hi! I have read every post and I do not take what I have read lightly. Howver, I just purchased the Hydroxotone product for $139.00 where I will receive 3 jars plus a tone enhancer. I have battled with terrible skin problems for over 2 years now. I am an African American woman who has always had beautiful skin. Due to a product I used \"Ambi\" I suffered from omnicosis, which is a skin disease that causes the skin to become blackened. I started off using an Aloe Vera plant which the gel of it was applied after I put regular toothpaste on my face and left it on for 3 days straight. Burnt like hell but the amount of skin that came off was scary. i have been using Oil of Olay products which I adore, and magic potions.com (no witchcraft) has a wonderful product that has helped to lightened my skin as well (Beau Oxi-White).
what I am hoping to achieve from this product is a chance to see fine lines under my eyes disappear. Before I found what would work for me (dermatolgoists prescribed medication that made the issue worse) I would rub my skin very hard in an effort to get that black stuff off. As a result, I have fine lines and what I consider wrinkles under my eyes (we are never to rub the eye area harshly because it causes wrinkles). I am hoping this product will work for me. Actually, I had to break my skin or open my pores up with toothpaste before applying those products in order for them to get down into the skin and work faster and more effectively. I know most skin care products say do not apply to broken skin but the only way I could get the products to work for me without taking forever was to break it.
I am hoping by opening my pores before using Hydroxotone, it will help the product get in and do the job! My fingers are crossed as I am dying to be the beautiful woman I used to be before this nightmare. I am 39 years old and still sexy! I have a 23 year old fiance who actually fell in love with me before the mishap with my skin so he has stuck by my side (Thank God). I just continue to camouflage the remainder of the product until it is completely better!

I am so glad that I read the reviews first before even attempting to purchase this product. There are so many products out on the market that claim to be the next thing to the fountain of youth. There are other products out on the market that do many of the same things that this product claims for half the price and without being scammed into needing your credit card number. Personally, I believe that how your skin ages, depends on your genes, years of sun damage, smoking, alcohol consumption and nutrition. There are alph hydroxy's out there on the market, that give great results, without having to put yourself through payment plans via credit card!

Thank goodness for pages like this! Has stopped me from buying many things. It is so much better to wait for a product to be sold in a store. Hydroxatone is supposed to be sold in stores soon. That way, if I want to try it, I can just buy the amount I want and if I don't like it, can walk to the store with my receipt and return it.
Never buy over tv or radio ads or the internet. Store shopping is the best way to do things.

Threatened calling AG's office and they cancelled account
I just called to cancel my account to make sure I wasn't charged any more money and the woman Corrinthea told me that I would have to send back the products (they sent me 2 jars). I told her that was ridiculous, that it was a free trial and they never told me that after 30 days I was going to have to send back the product. She couldn't give me a reason that I had to send it back, she just kept trying to give me the return code that I had to enter on the invoice for the return. I finally threatened to call the Attorney General's office and she immediately cancelled my account and told me I could keep the jars and that I wouldn't be charged anymore money.>-(

It was a recorded voice. I followed all the directions. I was informed I only had to pay shipping and handling,which I agreed to. I was given a confirmation number of 87. I was also told I would receive a $25.00 gift certificate from Walmart and a $25.00 gift certificate for gas. Several gas stations were mentioned and I was told by this recording all I had to do was to call and specify which gas station I wanted. I turned down all other offers.
On April 1, 2010 I called the Hydroxatone number, 1-800-672-2259. I spoke with Monica at x 642. She informed me I was in the system as a member, the $7.95 handling charge was charged to my bank that morning BUT I had to call different numbers for the gift certificates. I told her this was very misleading as the recorded information did not state this was a separate transaction or I had to become a member, and pay more shipping and handling charges.
I called first Walmart, the phone number given to me by Monica @ Hydroxatone, which company was actually American Leisure @ 1-877-564-8538. I was told I had to become a member before I could get this gift certificate and should call Hydroxatone back as they gave me wrong information.
I then called the gas number given to me by Monica @ Hydroxatone, which company was actually Easy Saver @ 1-877-844-9554. I was again told I must become a member first and then it would be determined if I qualified for gift certifiate. I was informated Easy Saver and nothing to do with Hydroxatone and should call them back right away.
I called Hydroxatone and spoke with Scott @ ext 680. He told me Hydroxatone were not affiliated with American Leisure and Easy Saver and to his knowledge I would have to become a member of the two companies. He apologized the recorded information was not accurate. I told him I wanted to cancel my account, he responded \\\\\\\"ok\\\\\\\" and the hung up!
I then callled my bank to cancel my debit card, which is very incovenient to me, requested fradulent papers should Hydroxatone should take the $7.95 out of my account (in pre-authorization stage) or if they did not immediately reverse the charge.
I called Hydroxatone back, spoke with Regina @ ext 739. I explained to her all of the above. I told her I was hung up on by Scott and therefore contacted my bank to insure no fraudulent charge was deducted. Regina did not hand up on me. She did say she would canel my account and make sure the money was not taken out of the account.
Since the money is in pre-authorization the bank stated it may be deducted. The bank did cancel my debit card and is sending me the paperwork to report fraudulent charge of $7.95.
The recording was misleading, intentionally at it was made to appear the gift certificates would come with the free trial offer. In no way did the recording state in order to get these certificates the caller would have to contact American Legion and Easy Saver and join their membership.
I am highly upset with this. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and anyone else they can refer me to and writing my hometown newspaper to inform people of the above. In fact, I may just send them a copy of this e-mail, along to the Better Business Bureau.
On your 1-800-790-5237 it states the caller can also e-mail @ www. support@Hydroxatone.com. There is NO website with this address. The closet I came to was the word support in description. When I pulled up this account, it was stamped marked WEBSITE NOT AVAVILABLE.
This has been a horrible experience, not to mention the inconvenience of all the phone calls, and having to cancel my card with the bank. I have be been scammed.

Hydroxatone and Hydrolyse
I purchased the hydroxatone abd hydrolyse 3 times. The 1st time was using the "risk-free" offer. I don't like the automatic billing on my credit card, so I called them as asked for it to be cancelled. They did it immediately.
I used all the product and my skin really changed. My mom and sister liked the difference on my skin, so they ordered it too. I ended up buying more but not on automatic payment... I call when I need more cream because it works better for me that way. Now my husband and my brother are buying the cream for them as well (my husband always used the Anthony for Men brad, sold at Sephora.
I think each skin reacts and responds differently with different creams. My skin is sensitive but it did great on the hydroxatone and I can really see the difference.
My suggestion is for you to try it out but ask NOT to be on automatic payment as it mandatory (ORDER OVER THE PHONE, NOT ONLINE) and save the empty jars. If at the end of the trial perido you don't like it, just send them back. I was charged on my credit card only at the end of the trial period.
Again, I (and my family) are quite happy with the results; it didn't erase my wrinkles but my overall skin and wrinkles look way better after using the creams for about 4 months. I will continue to buy it. I use it in conjunction with the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Rejuvenator (it's a microdermabrasion).

Product has a nice feel to it and is absorbed quickly. I think it's worked fine-- no miracle cure as it claims, but a good product. I had no trouble with credit as I kept the product. They are sticklers for the date and since it's scanned at the Post Office when you receive it, they know the exact date. I think other less expensive products worked just as well.

I bought into the “try it free for 30 days” trial program as a result of a radio ad. Yes, the tried to sell me into everything under the sun in addition to the free sample trial. I said no to all but it’s very exasperating to call for one item and get pressured into purchasing additional items that were not part of the advertisement.
So I tried this for two/three weeks. I didn’t notice any difference from before I started using the product. I had been using another product for several years. I went back to using it as there were definite results that I could see within a week of my using it the first time around. Maybe that was the problem – my skin was already in such perfect condition that this product simply couldn’t improve on the perfection.
I emailed to cancel the order and to get instructions to ship it back. Time went by with no response. When I looked at my bank account on line, I noticed they had taken money from the account. I emailed hydroxatone again questioning why they took the funds, when were they going to send me return information and when would they cancel my order. I got an email back stating they would return my money and instructions to return the product would be sent. I waited. Following month I noticed they took money again from my account. I emailed hydroxatone again but with a lot more attitude – demanding a refund of money for both months, cancellation of the product and return information (the product was packed and ready to ship back but needed the RMA for it – yes, you do need a Return Material Authorization although they don’t state that on their information). I actually got a response from them: My order was indeed cancelled, I had thirty days to cancel, the information they sent me stated when funds would be taken from the account, etc., etc. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL – an RMA number to return the merchandise – but it had to be returned by a certain date and they recommended you do a delivery confirmation receipt from the post office since it returns to a post office box. And oh yeah they had credited both months withdraws back to my bank account.
So now we are in April, and I go on line to my bank account to find they have withdrawn funds again. Another email to hydroxatone to refund the money they are not entitled to. So I called my bank to see if they can not let this transaction go through. It would have cost me $25 to $25 dollars to put a stop payment authorization on this transaction. Would it prevent it from happening again in a future month – most likely no. so what do you do??
Please take note of this. Some people used their credit cards. Some used their debit/credit cards. It doesn’t matter which you used, once you are in their system they can take the funds automatically. If you get another debit/credit card from your bank they can still take the money as though this is an automatic payment. Changing your debit/credit card is not the end all answer to this issue. My bank told me I can file a fraudulent claim against them once they take the money and this will end their unauthorized taking of the funds they are not entitled to. Also take it to the Better Business Bureau. The more complaints they receive, the more they can act on it. Additional course of action by customers that are not satisfied by the unethical business behavior of this company could be the Action News Investigation Report or a class action law suit as suggested by another customer.

I ordered Hydroxatone Trial and yes it was not so clear but it was cleared when I spoke with customer service. For those who complain like everything in life you have to read to fine print.
It took three months to see results. The first order was expensive but I was given a discount and now I am hooked. I have tried many products and this one is okay. There are others out there much more expensive like Dr. Perricone and Murad. I have tried them and liked them but Hydroxatone listened to my needs and they were helpful with me. Like anything in life, you get more with honey then lemons.
I just have to say it is better to speak with a live rep than the machine, which tries to sell you the Brooklyn Bridge.
I give Hydroxatone a B! not an A because of the missileading commercial and marketing.

Hydroxatone are business partners with Easy Saver and American Leisure. When you order Hydroxatone, they want to "reward you" with a trial of Easy Saver and American Leisure. I did not agree to trial either of these but yet Easy Saver and American Leisure still billed my account with information that I gave to Hydroxatone. Furthermore, they said they sent me a welcome package for Easy Saver and American Leisure. I can assure you that I did not recieve anything from Easy Saver or American Leisure. The time, effort, and money that I lost dealing with Easy Saver and American Leisure would have been better spent on a higher quality product than Hydroxatone. Protect yourself bank account by not doing business with Hydroxatone.

I love this cream. It has taken years off my face and neck. My only draw back from this, is being on a limited income. this is rather costly for me, but I love it just the same. Tomorrow I will be talking to customer service and will be dealing from a whole new angle. Scamers need to be exposed.

:-( First of all, it says free trial - which means why don't they send out a small amount that you can try. They sent me two jars of it, which I did not ask for. They say they are going to charge me two payments for each of the jars totaling $148.00. I can't believe this scam. I should have known better because this has happened to me before. Although the product I ordered before actually worked. This has done nothing for my eyes and also I have been itchy and started breaking out in small fine bumps.
When I first got the product, I opened it and it was a very thin consistency and I accidentally spilled some of it; it should be in a bottle if it is that liquid. I couldn't say that it won't work for some people, but the way the "free trial" is presented is false advertisement and presents as a scam. I have gotten samples before of products and then ordered the product, also I have paid $2.00 or $3.00 for the sample. Then I ordered if it worked.
I tried to cancel and you have to pay the shipping back to them; another rip-off.
Beside the fact that it doesn't work for a lot of people, the fact that they send you two bottles for a "free trial" is ridiculous. Most people can tell if something works for them after two weeks or so.

This product is clearly a "free trial" for a reason. When I payed the $6.95 for the S&H they never told me I was being entered into autoship or that it costs $139.90 if you don't send it back. It does not help with the dark circles at all or fine lines and I'm 25 so I'm not a saggy old person hoping it's going to perform miracles. I'll keep using La Mer since it's the same price and a million times better than this garbage eye cream and water/crap toner. If you can actually get a customer service rep. To process your return, WATCH OUT! They don't seem to understand "I'd like to send the product back.". They repeatedlet just keep reading a never ending script each time trying to explain a new "special just for you deal."

This is a warning to anybody who is thinking about ordering from these crooks after i recieved my 30 day trial used it for a couple of days broke my face out called to cancel & return so the one i spoke with talked me into keeping both jars & just paying for one instead of sending both back so i agreed and he told me where to send the check to and to put Attension Danial ext 606 on the check so i sent the check and about 2 months later i got a bill in the mail from them said i still owed for the other bottle 69.95 call there customer service told them about what all this and they said they wouldnt nothing they could do about it didnt have any record of them making any deal with me to keep them both and just pay for one instead of sending them both back should have sent them both back so dont try to let them do to you what they done to me. :oops: DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! I tried several times to call, only to have it ring and ring and then disconnect. They will take your money for a product that isn't worth 1/10th of what they say it is. Jeremy at ext. 595 was rude and bascially said, "sorry, we've got your money and you're not getting it back!" We'll see if they keep charging my account. I really feel stupid for getting soaked for a crappy product.

I purchased the risk free trial of Hydroxatone recently. I would NEVER refer anyone that I know or care about to try out this product. I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with their customer service. When initially calling to place my order for the free trial, I was given the option to receive a free gift gas card and a free gift Wal-mart card or instead a free trial of their multi vitamin pills. I signed up for the free gas card and Walmart card. I was getting multiple late night phone calls from a mysterious number. Worried about this, I had my boyfriend call the number back. A male voice answered the line from Hydroxatone and hung up on my boyfriend. Then I called the number back myself and I was told they were trying to see if I received the product, which at that time I still did not. Reasons for this were because, they sent my purchase to the wrong address, and therefore I received my purchase almost a week later than expected. I never received my gas card and Walmart card I was promised, and they even charged additional purchases for the multi vitamins on my credit card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I quickly called customer service to vent my frustrations, anger, and disappointment to customer service. The representative I was dealing with was not only extremely rude, unsympathetic, non-apologetic, but was yelling at me and telling me I was wrong and was continually arguing with me. I told him that I never gave permission for these additional purchases on my credit card, I never received my gas card or Walmart, and I had him correct my address. He stated if I wanted the gas card and Walmart card I would have to make an additional purchase. I was so upset having to argue with this representative and him giving me the run around that I disconnected the line. When I called back weeks later to return the product, I got the same customer service representative. During the call he was verifying my address and still had my mailing and emailing address displayed incorrectly. He even sent me an email "CC'ing" multiple other addresses that weren't mine. My experience purchasing anything from this company has been nothing short of horrendous!:-(:-(>-(>-(

If not returned inside the 30-day window, they charge you and refuse to give you a refund...PERIOD!
I happened to call 1 day late and they couldn't help me.
They then told me that in order to see results, you needed to use it for 6 months.
Now does that make any sense??
They are totally contradicting themselves. They are still charging me for product I refuse to use and it makes me very angry. ( Believe me I''m having a hard time trying to be polite about this. )
And you know what?? I'm going to take this a step further and contact the FDA and the FTC on this.

This product is discussing, left my face red & tender, did not recieve my free trial, they charged me 143.35 to my visa & sent me vitamines instead of free full size toner as per advertisment. RIP OFFS.
I was going to order this till I read the reviews. I was concerned that it would end up with automatic monthly billing, which I hate. And to who ever said thet 9.99 was a good deal for S/H is living on another planet. The postal service on;y charges by weight. The jar of Hydroxatone probably only weighs 1# which would be a couple of bucks at the most. Thanks to you all of you for your reviews and honest opinions.

I found Hydroxatone in a link from the Dremucare site (kill a beautiful flightless emu for my complexion - I don't think so).
I read the Hydroxatone pitch carefully and thought I'd better check the reviews. This site has been very helpful. The fact is, even if the product works, I am not willing to support a company with such appallingly bad customer service.
Cosmetics is a very competetive market. Hydroxatone execs are complete idiots to allow years of irate reviews to continue about their bad treatment of customers without bothering to address the issue.
I will not be buying this product.

Received product of course more than I ordered on June 21 ,2010, as I was instructected .This I mailed with gift and creams on the same day June 21, 2010.I know you received the package ,one I put a tracking number on it, second of all , I have spoken with several of your representatives on various occassions and is always the same story,give it five working days and the money will be put back in your bank account. Guess what the five days have passed and I still haven't received my moneyback. Any company that uses semantics to draw buyers, is a dishonest company. "Free sample," "free trial"--the average consumer believes they are going to receive a product for which they are going to be charged ONLY the amount for shipping. Once they have you on the phone, they divert your attention to another who knows how many different free offers, from "free gas cards" to more miracle creams. By the time the consumer (finally) gets off the phone, they are so grateful to be free of the sales pitches, they don't stop to think whether they have been scammed.
I knew for certain that I had been taken when I saw the invoice enclosed with the product. The product was very clearly not what I expected. I got two jars when I was expecting a 30-day free trial amount. I immediately called their "customer service" number where I was connected to a "product expert" (so-called)--who at the end of my tirade, advised he definitely isn't used to taking calls from angry customers because, and I swear this is the truth, "Why would I be used to dealing with customers who are upset, when my title is product expert?"
I have just begun my battle royale with this pathetic company. I've called to cancel; I'm sending the jars back certified, return receipt; I am advising my bank, and I'm keeping all documentation. I'm only sorry I hadn't seen this site prior to ordering my not-so-free Hydroxatone.
Finally, those in this thread claiming they either love the product or don't see the scam, are clearly shills for Hydroxatone. We may be foolish enough to have placed the order for the freebie, but we're not stupid enough to believe anyone who has dealt with this company is happy about it.

I still have as many wrinkles as I did before, the only difference I can tell is smoother skin. I would like to return to you after trying this product at no cost ONLY SHIPPING, as I mentioned on the phone with the rep. I don't want to order any until I try the sample SO PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR IT. I am sorry this did not work but am glad I at least tried it. I am 65 and I am going to stop looking for a cure as I have tried everything except surgery and don't plan on going down that road, I will have to bite the bullet!!

Ok...I guess I got doopped as well! I was just as surprised when I got the box with not one free trial cream, but along with 2 more and a bill totalling $217.00. Of course I called right away and was reasured that i do get the free trial and if after 30 days I am not satisfied I can call and I will not be billed. Just to return the unsused creams. I am actually calling RIGHT NOW. After using the cream for 5 days I have more wrinkles. I am going back to my Oil of Olay!! Oh and I also got the persistent calls to my cell phone from the mystery caller, which i ignored for a few days. When I finally answered out of curiosity the guy asked me, laghingly, if i was screeneing my calls!

Thanks to everybody for giving their opinion. Obviously, I won't be ordering this stuff. I learned the hard way. Now, I read reviews before I purchase anything. I also have learned whenever I buy anything over the phone or online, I buy a gift card with the Visa or Mastercard logo or a prepaid credit card. Recently, my husband almost got taken for a miracle money maker until he told the guy it would be on a pre paid credit card. The guy hung up and we haven't heard from him since.
Thanks again for the heads up on this product. Oh, to those of you who love the product, how much extra did you receive on your paycheck? I believe the majority rules and in this case there are more bad reviews than good.

I saw the ad on tv and wanted to know more info. I went to smootherfacecom and looked for the terms of service for this promotion as I was scammed before by a tooth whitening system. There was no link on the website to view the details of the offer. If I had not been through something already and known to check the reviews I might have been suckered in. I was one of the lucky ones, because I knew what I was getting into from the start and did not do the auto shipment. I also knew how much it was going to cost--no surprises there either. Research before you order/try something! I really like hydroxatone but felt it was too expensive to continue using. I have two suggestions that hopefully will help. 1. Go to a plastic surgeon's office to buy facial products. They will recommend and sell you good products. Ex. Tretinoin 0.1% cream is awesome and much cheaper. Do the research on it, don't just take my word for it! Most plastic surgeons will carry this product (as well as other products). 2. ULTA now carries hydroxatone and hydrolyze. If you really liked it, here's your chance to buy it at the store. My add says they are each $80.00.
I am sorry for all the hassles people have had (as seen on this website). My motto: Don't expect anything to be free. Oh, and reviews are helpful since they provide suggestions, but always do your own research before shelling out your hard earned money!

WOW, I ordered the free sample... said no to everything they was trying to sell me, got 3 jars of the same AM/PM face cream and Vital Pills with a bill in the amount of $210.30.... Good thing I didnt give them my credit card number, I USED A VISA GIFT CARD that was worth $25.00.... They charged the gift card $7.96... I call customer service to be put on hold for 45 minutes.... so I left a voice message with my customer ID and said DO NOT SHIP ANY THING ELSE TO ME... CANCEL ASAP.... Free sample..... I've read many of the reviews posted on this site. It seems as if the gripe is more about the marketing than it is about the product.
I'm a customer. I have no affiliation with the company or companies involved with this product. I'm not sure you'll believe me, but it's the truth, nonetheless.
I ordered the 30-day trial, as well. I received two jars of Hydroxatone and a toner. I placed the order, knowing what I was getting myself into. I was quite aware of the conditions of the order. I got to use the product for 30 days, in return for which I gave them my credit card number and was charged shipping. If I didn't cancel within the 30-day period, they'd charge me for the two jars : $69 one month, and $69 the following month. Well, I forgot to cancel within 30 days. It's not their fault. It's mine.
Well...I called them, in an attempt to cancel. What did I have to lose by trying? The rep didn't allow it, but did offer to take $30 off the price if I paid in full, rather than spreading over a two-month period. The customer service rep that I spoke with was very courteous, by the way, and I didn't have to wait forever for someone to help me, either.
However, I am certain that 30 days is NOT enough time to see whether a product of this sort would work. How long did it take for my wrinkles to form or for collagen production to diminish? I sincerely doubt that a product--any product--would show convincing results within 30 days. I've got 1 1/2 jars left that is mine :) I'm going to use it to see if the cream really does work. I haven't seen much difference, so far, but here's hoping!
To address some complaints :
PLEASE read everything before signing up for the free trial. It's not a scam. They tell you what will happen. It's not the best way to win over customers, but it's not a scam. This kind of marketing is popular with companies b/c it's up to you to remember to cancel within 30 days. However, it is a way for them to put their products on the market and get people to try them out. Try it...and put a reminder on your calendar!
To those of you who had allergic reactions, that's too bad, but it does happen. There are no guarantees that it will work out for everyone.
I've heard that Sephora will be carrying Hydroxatone, and you can also purchase it on amazon.com. If it was a fradulent product, these companies wouldn't carry it. :-o

This is a scam... I tried the product back in May after two weeks My husband PACKED all 3 back, sent it even though one was half used. They charged me the 1340 plus 15 shipping, then to top it off after fighting I was charged 69.95 for the used bottle.

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!
I've been had! I thought I was only paying shipping for a 30-day sample, that I would pay for "if it worked" but after I paid shipping and handling and duty (I live in Canada) that amounted to over $40 I picked up a parcel that had a 60-day supply of cream and a notice letting me nkow that I would automatically be billed for both jars (and another one every month thereafter). Between the cross-border shipping and the time it took me to get to the post office for pick up I was already 2 weeks into the 30 day allotment. I immediately tried to contact the customer service department to no avail. After several days I concluded that I was probably on the hook for the first jar (which served me right for being stupid) but there was no way that I felt that I should pay for the second jar, which frankly - I hadn't ordered. I sent an email cancelling the order and asking how to return the second jar. Guess what? I can't. The instructions from teh company indicated that I had to return both jars to them (at my expense of course), but the kicker was that I woudl be billed anyway unless I had the jars returned to their offices by the "due date" which was only seven days after their instructions were sent. For an international parcel shipment? Come on!! They were very clear that they wouldn't accept the "posted by" date on the stamp as evidence, which means that you have to send it by courier with a full tracking mechanism (even more money) to prove that they received it. Nice company!

I did call this morning to tell them I was sending the 2 bottles (which arrived this morning) back to them and to cancel future shipments and spoke to a very nice gentleman who handled things in a professional and courteous manner. The product does not work as advertised. In fact the product does not work at all. When you call the phone number provided you also find that the product staff is rude and inconsiderate, and they will tell you that noone ever returns the product. That is a great product and if this did not work for you they have an alternative. In the promotion that i responded to, they offered a $25.00 gas card and a $25.00 walmart card. They have failed to provide either, and are refusing to provide at this point, saying that I did not respond correctly to all the conditions to receive the gift cards. This call to the promotion center lasted approximately 25 minutes. Anyway have rec'ed an RMA number and returned the products as specified, the 2 bottles and guess what-my credit card has still been billed.
UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. As Daddy always told me, you dont get something for nothing.

We immediately canceled the card. I called the company that did the billing for MVP Save and Family Care Plan.com and they said I would receive a refund in 3 to 10 days. Well, it's been 3 weeks now. Called them again and got a recorded message: Your account has been canceled. Called hydroxitone and they said they're trying to bill my card and I told them it has been canceled and the product has been returned then they got stupid and denied I had returned the product. They said we will be getting a collection letter. So what!!! I have filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission and BBB. I suggest everyone else that has been screwed by these people do the same.

The Neck Cream
My neck needed help badly. I tried Hydroxatone neck cream and liked it. After that I wanted to try the AM/PM face cream. It was okay. After almost finishing the first bottle I found that one of the three boxes in the pacage was empty. With all the negative reports I read I was not sure they would believe me. To my surprise they apologized and said they wouldn't charge me for that. So all is not bad at Hydroxatone

Hydroxatone is a scam. I bought the one that's supposed to reduce the appearance of bags under your eyes. Didn't work at all- such a waste. I tried the free trial and I was billed $135. I called up and demanded to know why and they said that I needed to return the bottles full or empty to not he charged.. This is outrageous I threw out the empty no good bottles and they mean to tell me that they'd take these empty things back to save me $135? The phone representatives are nasty and the product is horrible. I definitely DO NOT recommend this crap to anyone.

Hydroxatone, Cleanser, and Balancing Toner
I also ordered the free trial from www.smootherface.com and received 3-jars of Hydroxatone + a bottle of Gentle Milky Cleanser & Balancing Toner. I really loved the Cleanser & Toner, which left my face "squeaky" clean and soft.
When my automatic shipment arrived, I expected all three products but only received the 3-jars of Hudroxatone. Since I still had 1-1/2 jars of the product left, I called to return them. Customer Service person was very nice & helpful. When I explained that I really didn't need them & couldn't afford them, she offered to let me keep the
jars at a generously reduced price. When I declined, she gave me a RMA # to return them. I sent them back the following day via the USPS with Delivery Confirmation & was surprised at how fast the refund was received.
Since I only needed the Toner, I found it in their catalog for $39.95. Not wanting to pay that much, I found it on eBay for $10.00!
I'm a firm believer in giving any program 90-days. Because the preceding reviews for Hydroxatone are mixed, I am willing to try it again.

My dear husband was so sweet - he ordered this product thinking I would be so happy, as he knows I am always looking for wrinkle creams that will make me look like I'm 20 (I'm 54). I knew that it had to be a scam - that "risk-free" thing is always a rip off. I received the product, tried it for a week, and immediately canceled and sent back the jar as they required. So far, no further charges (cross my fingers and check the account twice a day). The product itself I did not like too much. It had a weird smell and had the consistency of whipped butter. If even a speck of it got in my eye, it would burn and tear for quite awhile, and made it difficult to get my make up on for work. I did not notice any benefit at all - but I only used it for a week. Seems there are many better products available at the local CVS or wherever for much cheaper and no chance of being robbed.

So stupid me got sucked into this deal without really reading the fine print. I made the purchase for both products today, THEN came online to learn more about these products. It made me sick to my stomach to read all of these reviews. I decided to call the credit card company to see if I could go ahead and cancel the two charges. At this moment they haven't been posted but will be posted to my card by Monday. I was told to call my credit card company back on money, dispute both charges $2.99 and $3.99 and then cancel my card. I can clean myself of those charges. Also, I asked the CC company if once I cancel the card and get a new card/number, and could this company track that number by any chance? The reason I ask is as I was reading some of these reviews, someone had mentioned that even though they cancelled their number and got a new one, they mentioned the company was able to find their new number and charge it. Not true. So as of Monday, I will be free from this crap. Stupid stupid stupid....Live and learn I guess.

First of all I do not work for this company. I ordered this product about 2 weeks ago and knew exactly what i was going to be charged. You clearly have the choice of saying yes or no to buying these items. There were no suprise charges.
I have tried many products and this has by far been the best. My skin has never looked so good. It is smoother, softer, and more beautiful than ever. hydroxatone am-pm it's worth it...
I tried the green jar of hydroxatone about a year ago. I was happy with it but thought it can't be worth the money so I cancelled. My husband called to cancel. He never has a problem with this. Then after not having it for a month I realized that I really DID like the way it helped my appearance. I missed it and looked older. You have to think of it like make up, not moisturizer. It impoves the appearance of your skin, but once you wash it off, your skin looks the same again. The new blue jar seems to have more of a moisturizing affect than the original green, Just my impression anyway. This time, I checked ebay and amazon. Still could not find it cheaper. Call and negotiate a deal for 3 jars for price of 2 and have them thow in the wrinkle cream or toner. They will. I'm happy, I thought about cancellling but this time I will keep it. And I delayed my autoship for every 6 months since 1 jar lasts about 2 months. PS: the wrinkle filler did no good for me but I do like the toner...Good luck!

When I ordered the tril sample I never thought I love it after only a few weeks of using the product. All this "miracle" does is temporarily tighten your skin, and holds it in whatever position your face is in when you put it on! 'Try to smile and you will see the wrinkles are worse than before you put it on. And, forget wearing makeup! It will just crack off with this "miracle cream". Obviously, all these warnings are still not stopping people from being taken because of their great advertising, but keep telling people and maybe we can get this "company" and those like it to go out of business. What a horrible thing for them to do to their fellow Americans! Bottom line, to beat all, is the fact that we Americans are having to try to protect ourselves from this type thing. I received the "risk free" trail product and was surprised to find 2 full sized jars of AM/PM cream and a toner. I thought I would receive a little bit as a trail size for $2.99; but WHOA........ read the material sent with the product and poop. I called immediately to get instructions to return products need RMA/RAM number, had to force person on the phone to give the the RMA/RAM number. I sent the products back the day I received them. I only hope that I do not have the problems with billing as everyone else - I think the joke is on me.
As we were all told that we could return unused or used bottles, I removed one cream from the jar and must say that I like it very much. I do not like being tricked into buying the product. Apparently, not only do they scam people and send people used bottles, they also like to use the same shipping number to people so as to avoid extra charges on postage.
First of all, if you read a good review on here, that person is full of something. I ordered the 30 day trial, knowing full well that I had 30 days to decide whether I liked it or not. Well, hydroxytone advertises that you can't have an allergic reaction to it, but I did, and my dermatologist seems to agree. So I called the first time, and the guy was nice and gave me an RMA code, and said I needed to postmark it by December 11... so I mailed it to them on time, and they still charged me. So, I called them to ask, hey, what's up, and I got this really rude person AFTER waiting an hour on hold. So, rude guy said that they had no record of me returning it to them, whatsoever, even though USPS tracking had said it was delivered.. well, it was delivered to Urban Nutrition, AND they signed for it, which is a sister company in New Jersey, so they actually would have had a record of it, he just decided to forgo this information entirely. Jerk. He said he would "trust my word" and refund me, but it hasn't happened as of yet. I called the New Jersey postal service where it was received and found out they are cheating people and the USPS left and right. The guy new exactly what I was going to say, and what I was going through, and he gave me the number of a guy to contact who could help me out with the hydroxytone scam. yuck.
Also, I heard back from my dermatologist yesterday. Turns out, I was allergic to it because there was a bacteria growing in it. He reckons they recycle their bottles and don't clean them very well.

I have been using Hydroxatone for about 6 weeks. I have noticed a difference. I did cancel my membership, via email with a Read Confirmation, soon after I received it only because I didn't want to forget to do so and I figured I could call to reorder if I liked it. So far, I have not been charged any additional amounts.
When I first started using it, I was using it on my whole face and ending up breaking out. So I then used it only on my eye and lip area - it has decreased the lines and the dark circles under my eyes are somewhat improved but definitely not gone. It does burn your eyes if you get it in them.
I have been ripped off by these sort of "deals" before but don't feel like this has been the case for me this time. I also have found the products on eBay and Amazon and, based on all the bad feedback, would definitely suggest buying it that way to save the headache. I do feel like it works though...

This is the third review site I have been to about this product. I heard the commercials for it over the radio and was interested in getting it.
After reading over 300 reviews on these three different sites I have decided that it an extremely bad choice to get involved with this company.
At least 80 percent of the reviews spoke negatively about the customer service and the bad business practices. When you have a multitude of people saying that the company claims to have never received the product back after they sent it back and they will be charged anyway then you can be sure lying is going on and I believe it is on behalf of the company.
So many of the reviews spoke of people who were impolite and rude. Funny that a number of them said the same names of these agents over and over. Must be because the same agents were rude to a number of people.
When you wish to get a product that is advertised in a paper, on the television, radio or internet there are some things you should do.
1. Always use a prepaid visa or master card with only a certain amount on it.
2. Always find reviews for the company. Check with the BBB to see what they say about them.
3. Always keep all receipts for at least a year after dealing with a company.
4. Always keep a log of your calls to them.
a. Name and ID #
c. Time of day
d. Conversation (things they said to you).
5. Listen very carefully to what rep's say to you. Know all of the facts. Ask many questions till you understand. Make sure conversation is recorded by company. If it is in writing pay attention to fine print.
6. Know the laws in your state. In most places I know of if someone sends you something you didn't ask for it is yours and you do not have to pay for it.
7. Stop being afraid of "We will mess up your credit". It is a threat of which you do not have to pay their extortion. Get a hold of the credit bureau and make sure they understand. Report the bad business practices to the proper authorities.

I don't work for the company and am on my 2nd week of using the product. My skin has a tightning feeling and a lot of my wrinkles are fading. I was charged the shipping fee, received the product within 5 days. I read through all the paperwork and called a very nice rep. He assured me that I can call him personally to order the product and after the two payments were received on my credit card, as specified, I would not get any more billings. I believe him and will continue unless something happens. Free trial is exactly this. Why on earth would anyone use the whole product before returning. Sounds like someone wants something for nothing. I have had a great experience thus far. I knew what I was getting into because I read the whole literature that came with the product. well I just received my order. I could've sworn that the way I read the offer was that if you canceled within thirty days you were not charged and the product was free, hence the risk free trial. Well I was wrong. It says on my invoice that I will be charged in thirty days if I don't call, cancel and send the product back.
Well, I was surprised to get someone at customer service so easily. I agreed to have my card charged now for a discounted price (about 45 dollars less). He said I could still try the product for 30 days and that if I didn't like it I could still return it for a full refund.
I just put it on and I like the texture. Not too greasy. So we shall see.
I think people are PO'd because it's not free as assumed when you first read the add.
I must admit I love free stuff. I think that if this stuff doesn't work miracles, it is just too pricey.

So this is my experience - I do like the cream at first when I started using it I did get a little acne and my skin seemed dryer than when I just used lotion. I read the "fine lines" and they sent me 3 Bottles - I called to send them back because all I ask for was my free trial and they gave me a 50 percent discount and another bottle so I got 4 bottles for $150 dollars. I've seen a difference I'm not enrolled to get any more bottles. I do recommend it but not at full price. Stay on top of the details and you will not get ripped off, most people forget to send things back or call so they get screwed.

I have an atrophic scar between my eyes about the size of a pencil eraser, and no kidding, this product completely seals it up. I put a little concealer on it and no one can tell. It s AMAZING. I have hated and obsessed over this scar, and was considering a cosmetic surgery to fix it, but now there is no need. I have been in the rain all day long, and it has been about 12 hours since application. STILL LOOKS GOOD! I have tried this product with the free sample in the mail they sent me.. it worked great !!!! In 60seconds I saw the lines completley disappear. I Had already ordered the Lifecell which I received today. I put it on and not a thing. I was really impressed more with the hydroxatone ... lifecell is 30 free trial if I see no improvements I will send it back and order hydroxatone... Our Testing Results for Hydrolyze:
From the onset we had some issues pertaining to the balance and substance of the cream. The product was uncomfortable to wear and felt tight on our skin from the very start. By the time our consumers reached the two week mark we had 3 users already removed from the tests due to irritation and the development of small bumps on the forehead. That was unfortunately not the end of our disappointment.
By the end of our testing period it became obvious that not only is the use of generic peptides not effective enough to make visible results, but the concentration of those bargain basement ingredients was so low, that it would take well over a year to see any sort of results.

Our Recommendation of Hydrolyze:
Users of this cream are on the right track, but nowhere near the right product. Yes, peptides and other regenerative ingredients are clearly the elite of wrinkle fighters, but you must use name brand ingredients. The difference in price is nominal, but the results are of a whole separate category. For the same money you would spend on this cream, you can purchase the pinnacle of skin rejuvenation. Stay away from this cream, while the science behind the product is substantiated, the manufacturer cut corners by including low amounts of imitation products, leaving you, the consumer, hanging out to dry."

i've never ever written about a product but this is something to talk about! i've tried other milk or cream cleanser's that just don't clean your skin at all. hydroxatone's gentle milky cleanser really cleans and you don't have traces of "war paint" even around the hairline.also it plus the toner leave a nice mat finish which i love because even this late in the game my skin is still on the oily side. thanyou for really geat quality products hydroatone!!

People are asking me what I am doing/eating/working out at. It is amazing. I am 62 years old and do not work for this company. I think that it is a good deal. My customer service rep is a good guy and has already given me a $40.oo discount on my original price!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, Please everybody out there, do not fall for this scam. They will keep your money and charge you every month after they have your credit card number. I've been charged $69.96 on 1/28/11 and 2/14/11 and just got off the phone with some guy that hung up on me that wouldn't listen to anything I said because he was so busy running his mouth. I called back and a female answered and she kept wanting my card number in order to help me out. Obviously, they already have my number or I wouldn't be calling in to begin with. They use these calls in order to charge you again for products that you don't receive and/or don't want. If this review saves one person then it's worth me writing this. I ordered this for my daughter, who is 44. She used it faithfully for over 2 mos and saw ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS AT ALL!!!! I know that some of the "It works fabulous!" reviews have given names, but are they really a real person???? I have called my bank to put a stop on anymore payments for this product, and it will cost me $40. I have called the 1-800# and it is a recording now that gives this website address only! This is such a scam, and any company that will not answer complaints is NOT A COMPANY THAT YOU SHOULD DEAL WITH,,,,IT SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. Wished I had seen this website prior to purchasing; I received my shipment yesterday and was shocked when I saw that I would be charged 217.80! First of allo, when I called, I specifically asked if there were hidden terms, even said I thought it was too good to be true. I was told, I would receive 1 jar and the cost would be 7.95 for shipping; after that; I would then expect auto shipments - however, had 30 days to call customer service to cancel. They don't tell you they automatically send you 3 jars - which by the way, you're charged FULL PRICE for each jar, the first one was supposed to be only the price of shipping. I immediately called and spoke to a rep, named Lawrence; I expressed my shock and said I wanted to send back immediately; he asked that I keep it, but I said "no", he then told me to keep all 3 and that I would not be charged. I am a 59 year old black women, and I gave the Hydroxatone AM/PM more than a 30 day trial. At first I thought the product was improving the overall texture of my face, but after 45 days (past trial period) I noticed dry patches on my skin. The Hydroxaton AM/PM is apparently to strong for my skin texture, because my skin has never looked so wrinkled until I started using this product. I called, and received an RMA # to return the second jar, so I wouldn't be charged. I received an email stating they received my returned product, and I would not be charged. Regardless both products I tried made false claims and once this company has your credit card they will continue to bill you monthly an outrageous fee, so I am shutting off my credit card. I responded to a TV ad for a free sample, only pay $7.95 shipping. I ordered with an automatic order taker (not a real person). I spent a long time on the phone answering yes/no questions. In addition to paying $7.95 shipping I would recieve a free sample of their Inner Beauty Complex and a Free gift card worth $40.00 for joining their Beauty Advisor Program for the low price of $1.50. Okay, I'll do that for $1.50. I never recieved the Inner Beauty Complex or the $40.00 gift card. What I did recieve was a statement for $208.80, billed in three separate amounts. I ONLY wanted ONE jar to try not three jars which is what they send you. I also started recieving phone calls asking if I want various products. I called and spoke to a customer service rep and was told since I missed the 30 day deadline I could not return the other two unused, unopened jars (they don't tell you they are sending you three jars). I asked to speak to a supervisor, which I did. According to their own website, "Due to customer complaints, we decided that we shall not promote the Free Trial offer until we know more about this issue. The best way to test our products without getting into trouble is to buy from Amazon.com at a reduced price." I mentioned this to the supervisor and after much fussing on my part for shady marketing techniques, he agreed to return my money for the two unopened jars. Amazon.com offers the Under Eye treatment for $34.99. The jury is still out whether this product works. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I had to beg the first guy to give me info. on how to return the sample. I started using Hydroxatone about two years ago. I must say, it is a miracle cream! My skin has always been good, I must say, I am in my mid-50s and have been blessed with looking younger than my age, however, I credit this cream with helping me stay this way! My skin is soft and bright. I stopped using it after my 4 jars were finished, and cancelled my shipment (and, by the way, it was very EASY to get a customer rep on line, they cancelled it without a problem!) because of monetary reasons. I have not been using the product for several months, and noticed a difference. I had one jar left, and started using it again a few days ago...voila! I feel a difference and see a difference, almost immediately! This stuff works, people! I am going to start my auto shipments again as soon as this jar is empty!
I've just read a bunch of these comments and I have to say that I have tried product after product, some cheap, some expensive and I personally love this product. I actually tried it several years ago and loved it then but when the economy took a tumble I cut back on stuff. Things are picking up again and one of the first things I did was order more product. I didn't speak to the customer service yet but they shoud give money back and give the appologies to people who bought it IT'S CAUSING PAIN THE WORST PRODUCT EVER!!!!!!
